CO2 fractional laser skin resurfacing/ rejuvenation effectively treats several skin disorders and ageing. It tightens sagging skin, smooths fine to moderately deep wrinkles, reduces acne scarring, dark age spots, uneven pigmentation and sun damage, stretch marks and scars by skin resurfacing and collagen stimulation.

At the treatment appointment a numbing cream will be applied. The laser treatment will take 15 min to an hour depending on the area.

After treatment your skin will look red/pink for several days and will feel hot and tight for a few hours. You may also get some swelling. Not everyone will peel. It depends on the intensity of the treatment. The more intense the treatment the better the results, but the longer the down time. An SPF will be applied. It is mandatory that you continue to use an SPF 30+ daily throughout your treatment sessions and continued daily afterwards to prevent pigmentation.

It is recommended to have several sessions, 4-6 weeks apart, in order to achieve the required result. This can be discussed at your consultation.
